This milder-flavoured dish features squid, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, carrot, spring onion, and oyster sauce. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and onion, then cook the squid until tender. Stir-fry the vegetables and season with salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Combine the squid with the vegetables and adjust the taste to your liking.

Steamed Fish in Lemon Juice

This healthy and delicious dish offers spicy and tangy flavours. Season a medium-sized fish with salt, ginger, oyster sauce, and fish sauce, then steam it for around 30 minutes. In a separate pot, boil chilli pepper, Shan coriander, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice to create the sauce. Pour the sauce over the steamed fish and enjoy the dish with steamed rice! Tender steamed fish paired with the tantalising sweet, sour, and spicy sauce, enhanced by a hint of refreshing lemon flavour—this dish is truly irresistible. Shrimp Tempura 

Perfect as an appetiser or for a child-friendly menu, this quick and easy homemade dish requires shrimp, tempura powder, egg, salt, and pepper. To create the tempura batter,  mix the tempura powder with eggs, salt, and pepper, then coat the shrimp in the batter mixture, and fry them until golden brown. Serve the hot and crispy shrimp tempura with condiments such as chilli sauce or mayonnaise. The delightful sweetness of fresh shrimp, combined with the smooth and creamy flavours of egg and mayonnaise, will create a memorable sensation on your taste buds.
